Liz was born and raised in Switzerland and came to Canada in 1967. She is fluent in French, German, and English. Liz retired in 2008, and in her "former life," she was a professional photographer and then a real estate consultant.

Being born in Europe, Liz has not only travelled in Europe. She has visited many corners of the world, including Africa, Asia, Scandinavia, and, of course, North America.

Liz started camping when she arrived in Canada and enjoys hiking, kayaking, wildlife watching, travel writing, photography, spending time with our children and grandchildren, and so on.

In November of 2023, Liz passed away from a 4.5-year battle with Cancer. In memory of Liz's life, we have established a foundation to raise money for cancer research. It is called www.AndersAndLizTreibergCancerResearchFoundation.org

Anders, an Amazon best-selling author, came to Canada in 1976 from his native country of Sweden. He started camping at an early age back in Sweden and continued to do so here in Canada.

Anders came to Canada to be a cowboy; later, he had his own ranch, worked on the oil rigs for ten years, and worked as a real estate consultant.

Anders also retired in 2008. He enjoys his children and grandchildren. He is an avid traveller and plans to publish several more books soon.
